I can’t log in. What should I do?

First, make sure you’re using the correct email and password. If you forgot your password, just click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it. If you still have trouble accessing your account, contact our support team and we’ll help you get back in.

I can’t access my course.

Make sure you're logged in using the email you used during registration. If you're still having trouble, log out and back in. If that doesn’t work, please contact our support team.

I have a billing issue. What should I do?

If you’re experiencing any billing problems, please contact our support team. We’ll investigate the issue and ensure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.

Where can I find my PDF downloads?

Go to My Account → My Content. All handbooks, guides, checklists, and calendars from your enrolled courses are stored there for easy access.

How do I manage my subscription?

Head to My Account → My Subscription. You can:
- Change or cancel your plan
- Update your billing information
- View your next renewal date
- Pause your subscription if needed

I have a question about the course content.

You can message your AI Beauty Consultant inside the course interface anytime — it’s available 24/7 to help with routine adjustments, product questions, or next steps.

Something’s not working right (technical issue).

Try the following first:
- Refresh the page
- Clear your browser cookies/cache
- Switch to another browser or device
